Termination may occur without notification and without a refund to the User. The provisions of the following sections will survive termination of this Agreement: User Conduct, User Interaction with Site, Copyrights and Trademarks, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Privacy Policy, and Miscellaneous.
